Free Cancellation
Enjoy free cancellation right up to your check-in date on standard direct bookings. Cancel any time before check-in and you will not be charged.
Refunds
- If a confirmed booking is cancelled before check-in, 100% of any amount paid is refunded to your original source account.
- Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days, subject to your bank or payment provider.
No-Show
In case of a no-show without prior cancellation, the first night may be charged as per the confirmed booking.
Special Rates & Packages
Certain promotional packages or peak-season bookings may carry different terms, which will be clearly communicated by our reservations team before your booking is confirmed.
